• How to choose the correct size? Please refer to our size chart on each product page. All measurements are manually measured. If you are between two sizes, we suggest choosing the larger one for a looser fit.

• Can I change my order after placing it? You can contact us immediately to modify your order before shipment. Once the package is shipped, we cannot change items or addresses anymore.

• Why does the item color look different from photos? Colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions during shooting.

• What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Provide clear photos of the package and product. We will arrange replacement or refund for verified issues.

• Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled before processing and shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not available, you need to follow the return process instead.

• How long will it take to get my refund? After we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds take 3–7 business days to process. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
